and nature photographer Sal Z was born in
Brooklyn, New York.
He and his wife, Julie, live in New Jersey with
Daisy, a Beagle-Australian shepherd mix.
Through his lifelong passion for photography, Sal has
captured the beauty he has seen during his travels
around the world.
“Just about every one of my photographs has a story
to tell and has opened me up to new and exciting
adventures — from photographing wild horses
and celebrated cities — to floating in hot air balloons
and climbing tall structures in the United States,
Europe, Canada and Caribbean Islands.
"I want people to experience the color depth of a
landscape, the beauty of a flower, or the historical
significance of a city or small town.
"Combined with my hobby of woodworking, I am able to
bring you a complete artist package of handcrafted
frames to complement my original photography.
